Camp Lassen

Camp Lassen Boy Scout Camp is located 45 minutes east of Chico, off Highway 32 near Butte Meadows, California. At an elevation of 4200 ft. amidst beautiful evergreen trees, Camp Lassen offers both Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts a traditional Scouting program. Boy Scouts not only earn merit badges, but also have the opportunity to face an outstanding C.O.P.E. course, climbing wall, horseback riding, metalworking, mountain bikes, and an outpost program geared to the older Scout. A large dining hall, cabins, and adirondacks enhance the Camp Lassen experience.

Camp Lassen’s program is based on Baden-Powell’s concept of Scouts learning, practicing, using scouting skills at camp.
